Ordered shoes online from this company. Never received. Filed dispute with Paypal. To my astonishment Paypal decided in merchant's favor because they provided proof item had been shipped -- not proof of receipt or delivery! There was no delivery. Just a slick scam.
Very surprised Paypal decided in "merchant's" favor, particularly as they must be aware of many similar complaints.
Plan to cancel Paypal account. Can certainly live without them.
