Found a fraudulent charge for $10.40 from ACT SPORTS 6075244281 on my card but, I didn't catch it before it posted. So, now I have to fight it, the credit card company told me to call ACT Sports and ask them for a refund! LOL First off, I have never heard of this company before, And second, this company has fraudulently charged me and countless others and the card company expects them to give me a refund? Also, I have searched for info on this company, and all I can find is multiple posts here on scambook. Then the lady at the card company tells me that she is going to transfer me to the dispute dept., where I sat on hold for 45mins. I hung up and called back, and since this was now 15mins before they close, she wants to set up a "callback Time". I'll let you know how this turns out when I have more Info.....
