I saw the TV ad for the hands free phone headband while I was hospitalized. When I got home I ordered same on line. The website did not allow me to see the ultimate price when they offered me an enhancing (for ease of use of the headset) device and instead added it on and THEN told me the price which I had NO WAY of refusing. I wrote them a (snail mail, no way to e mail the company) letter when I found their Connecticut address and they sent the stuff anyway. It is on my credit card bill this month. All I wanted was the original $10.00 offer. Their s & h price is sky high and they gave no quotation of same before placing the order. I will NEVER order from a TV ad again.
