The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
Received a charge of 12.95 plus .81 tax on Frontier phone bill dated 2/19/2012.
I do not know either IDL or I Tech PC. On March 2, called an 800 number at IDL who cancelled the charge, gave a cancellation number and blocked I Tech from my account. Called Frontier within the hour and explained the fraud.
Who/ Where are these fraudulent companies?

- iTech PC solutions may say they do this, but I never received a credit to my phone bill. So as fas as I am concerned, they are a fraud.
