I was phoned out of the blue Saturday morning 3rd September '11 by a woman named Kamalani, Hawaiin born, from the US. She was from TOP OF THE FIRST PAGE. A slick talker, sales through and through. Worked with Top of the First Page for years. Promised me I would have my business website on the first page of Google within 30 days. We were on the phone for over an hour. She explained I would have a website professionally designed. It was an exclusive placement. She showed me a website, and said my site would finish up at page one in Google. I would be visible for six months.
She would not allow me to think about this. It was 'today' only. I was a fool. Gave her my credit card details, paid $4K and that was the end of her, never heard from her again.

I was emailed thereafter by this; 'Enclosed you will find a copy of your Conversion Report. Please let us know when is a good time for us to go over it with you. If you have any questions, I'm a phone call/email away. As always, thank you for your business, and have a great day.

I was then called by Chris Boutté in mid October after I queried the quality of the website after reading the report. I pointed out there was absolutely no movement, in fact, rather than reach the first page, it had gone backwards! The site they built for me and to which I followed up with an email pointing out through highlighted sections that it was repetitive and had a spelling error, has never had the courtesy of a reply.

I contacted them in November and pointed out I was not convinced that the initial guarantee, which I will add was recorded when I spoke with Kamalani in September, stated that I would be on the TOP Of The First Page. I'm somewhere after page x. I demanded to see some very positive results, positive being that they live up to their guarantee. I believed what I have spent, $4,000.00 deserved what it paid for.

I was never contacted again. I have just tonight forwarded an email advising I have the means, legally to go viral with my complaint. In other words to black ball them. I intend to do this and I will get results. If it takes me another six months to have them black banned, I'll fight.

I expect someone from the company to be in touch soon. My six months expires in a week.
