I was called by a man named Ryan representing a firm called Ecommerce Management Group. He spoke to me at length about their program where they built a blog sight and web mall which would be linked. He explained that the blog would organically grow my presence and people would use my web mall to access well known stores such as Macys, Best Buy, Home Depot etc. He promised regular coaching and a team of bloggers to help build my presence. I agreed as the idea appealed to me but I made Ryan promise to hook me up with thier best coach and to provide me with his (Ryan's) phone number so I could reach him if I ran into any problems. He willingly gave me his number, which later did not work. I was scheduled with an appointment to speak with Eric Collins a week later. Eric did call and he represented himself as my coach with 30 years of marketing experience. He represented that their company had been in business for six years. He explained the process of building the site and using blogging to organically build my presense, basically confirming what Ryan explained. They stated that the charge would be $2000 but that I could expect a return of my initial investment within 30 to 60 days. He showed me a sight build by another customer using "Fighting Crime" as her blog theme and how the web mall link was at the bottom of her site. He had me use several key words that always brought me to the fighting crime blog sight at the top of the list. Base on his explanation of the process, showing me a site they claim to have built and was quite successful, as well as Eric who had a more paternal sound versus a slick sales approach won me over - so I agreed to the program. Eric took my money and promised to call me the moment my sight was built and ready to be launched. I heard from their IT guys Brian, Robert, Connor, and Jeff who showed me the sight. It was impressive but I immediately noticed that the top of the sight said "sample" and the web mall link was not attached. They seemed confused by this and stated they needed to speak with their Tech department to fix the problem and would call me back within 20 minutes. I never heard back from them. I began calling to speak with Eric about the web site problems and when we would launch and what the next step would be including my involvement. Eric has not returned my calls, received my calls, answered my voice mail messages or email. Their customer service gal who answers occasionally refused to alert Eric that I was on the phone and needed to speak with him immediately as I was beginning to realize I was involved in a scam. I have left so many messages and call their number 10 to 15 times a day to hopefully catch someone on the phone to no avail.

I have requested a cancellation and full refund via email. I need help recovering my investment as I feel they have no intention of honoring their refund policy as they have not followed through with any of their other promises and they are avoiding me now.
