I am 72 years old and as I suspect is the case with all of us old people, they continually send renewal notices without disclosing the expiration date of my current subscription. I unwittingly responded to their renewal requests and renewed several years in advance before I became suspicious and asked them for my subscription expiration date. I believe this is a scam where they would renew us old people's subscriptions for the next 100 years if someone didn't stop them. Please help me to get them to provide all pertinent information when asking for a renewal.
