I ordered a personalized backpack that was never received. I got an initial email confirmation with order number but no status update. I have contacted them 3 times now and gotten no reply.

- I too ordered two personalized backpacks for $57.50. Got the same run around for weeks now. Finally got in contact with the new owner indicating I will need to contact my credit card company and file a complaint and have the charged amount removed b/c she does not know if the money was actually charged. There is a clear way to prove this....a copy of my billing statement that I have been charged. The new owner indicates she does not conduct business like this, but I think she should correct the orders that were not sent out. Her business has rec'd the payments. Now I have to go through a whole lot of BS to dispute the charges. Un Real
