I initially applied with Williams Online Credit and i decided not to get a loan so i sent a email as they suggested in their recording and they told me just for applying even though it hadn't been process would be a 19.00 dollar charge which i dispute but they still took the money out on 02/02/2012 and again on 02/23/2012 they took another 44.00 dollars out of the account.
