oneclickmultimedia advertised a Panasonic DMREX99VEBK DIGA DVD / VHS Recorder - 250GB HDD & Freeview one of many items on their web site. On 20-02-2012 I ordered the above item and they then sent me an e-mail with 4 steps on how to pay, payment was made by using Pay Point (UKASH) voucher, by clicking on step 4 (Click here to pay) then I had to enter UKASH voucher number, at this point I could choose my delivery company.
Next I received a second e-mail saying "payment has been verified and accepted. The shipping will begin in 2-3 working days, with link to check status of order online."
Next I received a third e-mail stating "order number and status had changed to payment received and delivered, also saying your item will arrive at your address on 01-03-2011, the shipping company will contact you in due time in order to set the delivery time."
On the 28th Feb I received a fourth e-mail saying "You received a coupon with 30% discount to use for placing an order. The coupon has unlimited usage until the expiration date. Expires on 29-February-2012 11:59 P.M." This I ignored and on checking my order status online I found that the latest status report was all gobble-d-gook. Today 01-03-2012 went by with no delivery or contact from delivery company, also on trying to view oneclickmultimedia.com the site was unobtainable.
