I noticed that my cell bill with T-Mobile was about $10 higher than normal. Checked the bill online since I am paperless with most of my accounts. I have a two line family account, with just me and my wife. My wife uses my old hand-me-down phone since she is not very technically adapt. She does not even know how to download and install an app. This charge showed up on her phone as a Premium Service at 2:54am. I don't think she has ever be awake at this time of day for they last 40 years. I called T-Mobile after investigating the company. I got a customer support number for Silicon Investments of 866-925-1826, but a call to that goes to recording that says all agents are busy helping other customers (not) and drops you into voice mail that is full. I refused to accept T-Mobiles response that I would have to contact the company and request a refund. After another 10 min on hold, was told that T-Mobile had requested a refund for me. I stated that I was NOT paying T-Mobile the $9.99, nor holding my breath for a refund. I had to demand that the rep give me my current balance, minus the $9.99+Tax, which she finally did. I have filed complaints with my local state attorney general, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Communication Commission against T-Mobile for accepting this third party billing without any proof .
