777 Discount Club has withdrawn money from an account that I have not used in months because discount clubs were unlawfully withdrawling money without my knowledge or permission. When I pulled up my account to check on it, I noticed 777 withdrew $19.99 on 6/17 and 7/28 so I called. A lady who went by "Brenda Reid" verified all of my information and said that she could stop the subscription that I never signed up for and I could write a letter about the money they already took. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that she didn't have the ability to transfer calls or have a supervisor come to her desk to speak to me on her line. I refused to talk to her until she stated that she had new information on my account. I listened to her repeat everything she already said in the poor english she speaks. Eventually we ended that call and I called back to get "Martha" on the phone. I asked right away if she had the ability to transfer calls and she answered yes. I asked her why Brenda had lied to me and she said Brenda didn't lie to me. COnfused? Yeah, it didn't make much sense to me either. That call went no where so I tried again. The third time around I got "Kurt". I asked him the same questions and requested a supervisor. He kept trying to verify the same information Brenda did and upon my refusal, offered to get me to a supervisor if I gave him my name.I complied for nothing! After I gave him my name he wanted to verify more information, which is not what we agreed to. Needless to say the company employees nothing but liars. THey refuse to lt me speak to a supervisor and refuse to refund money that i never gave them permission to take.
