i ordered some parts from them. And i never really received a confirmation. a receipt. they sent me a number of the order but no confirmation of any type. i have written them 3 emails since then and have not received any answers as to where my order is. i tried their phone number on the website and they changed it to a 900 number which charges now $1.99 a min. i looked at http://www.resellerratings.com/store/VLV_World and saw that i was not alone with the complaint. As of today i still have not received any word from them. So i want to do something about it because they are taking peoples money. thank you
