I looked on their website for a loan in july 2011 & never signed up to anything or get a loan from them then i found out that they had been trying every month to withdraw money from my account, before i could stop them they have taken £69.75 from me. I phoned & the person i spoke to was very rude & gave me no help at all in how to get my money back.
