Over the past several months PCH has been sending me Emails repeatedly saying that somebody in MY TV area ( Raleigh-Durham viewing area) with the initials RR was definetly a winner.
The next thing I know they are in Aransas awarding it to somebody else. That is NOT even in MY state!
I was scammed and I want my million a year for life as they constantly alluded to! Are you going to help me? Isn't it time the little guy got looked after?
