worked on deal for five spin cycles. co charged $1500 dollars on ge capital card. I canceled order. Co. has not credited refund on card. As far as ge capita is concerned i owe for bikes i did not buy.

The customer Larry Mitchell bought 5 bikes on Thursday (23rd) from Big Fitness. he applied for financing with GE and was approved for $1500. He asked to use the credit to make a deposit on the bikes and told the sales person that he would pay the balance that same day. The next call that was made was on Monday the 27th of March when he asked to cancel the order. Big Fitness credited his GE account and the sales was over. It takes 2-3 days for the transaction to settle. During that time we emailed him a copy of the invoice marked closed with no balance.
No interest charges were accrued, the only party that lost out was Big Fitness who had to pay GE transaction fee's and the cost of Larry using the toll free number to call Big Fitness 100 times.
