I too want to lose weight and thought I would have a go with the "free trial" of Beri Ultimate where I only pay for postage. Well its not free is it. They are now telling me that I will be charged £69, unless I cancel the account, and I only found this out because I queried a phrase they had included in an email, namely "initial charge". I have since cancelled the account but now they want the order returned?!?!?!?!? So what happened to the "FREE TRIAL"? I have emailed them 2/3 times and they do email back however when it comes to ringing them, well I can never get through to anybody - surprise surprise. Not sure what to do?
