I understand that there might have been a delay durying holidays times, but the order was made on the 4th Jan and its now the 4th of Feb. it has been 1 month exactly and I don't belive this to be just a delay. 

Could you please track the item and let me know. If it is lost, could you arrange to send another one or to refund me as soon as possible please.
