We bought a 65 inch Mitsubishi tv from Aaron's in Carrollton Ga.in February 2009. In October 2010 we moved to Eastaboga Al. We were going to let Aaron's have the tv back. At that time we still owed a $1000.00 on it. The sales manager (Tony) said that he wanted us to have the unit and since we had paid so much on it it said that he did not want to see us loose it. Tony said that he would drop the price of the tv to $500.00 if we wanted it. We paid it off on 11-22-2010. We thought that this was a great deal so we took it. When we first bought this tv from Aaron's, the picture was very dark. They had to replace the lamp (bulb). 60 days after we had paid for this tv the warrenty ran out. In Januarry of 2011 we started seeing white spots on the screen. As time went by they started getting worse. The spots got to the point to where it looked like you were looking at stars. I contacted Mitsubishi, And told them what had happened and they told me that I would have to get it fixed because it was out of warrenty. I told them that after paying a high price for this that they should pickup the cost of repairs because this tv is not even 5 years old yet. After checking the internet I found out that there are alot of unhappy people when it comes to this brand. I think that Mitsubishi should pay for the cost of the part and pay for the labor, or buy back their product. It should not be up to the consumer to pay for parts and repair when Mitsubishi should have made a product that would last. Not have poor quality. Mitsubishi is all about quantity not quality. Mitsubishi should be responsible for what they produce. There should be a recall on ALL of these tvs.
