i made my order on 2/9/12. after two weeks of waiting I go check the email they sent for the shipping status. It tells me will ship in 4-7 days. So I email them.i Wait another week. nothing. So I email them again. I wait another couple days then today decide to call the number. an automated voice says the number is full and will not accept the call. So I google the address and i see links saying its a scam but it says northwestglassart.com. I click the link and I look and see that its the same return address as chunkyglasspipes.com with most of the same products. Ive read multiple complaints about this "online head shop".

- Dude the same exact thing happened to me, i ordered it on 2/26/12 and like 3 days later they sent me an email saying that it will ship in 4-7 days and i tried calling and emailing. But i was wondering did you ever end up getting your order?
