I purchased a software program from a webinar,12/06/2011 only to find that their so-called support team, who I eventually got to speak with on 01/05/2012, were newbies to using the software and couldn't assist in setting it up? EPP eventually, albeit reluctantly, decided to offer a refund on 02/06/2012 within 10-15 days. I still have not got my refund [02/29/2012] and now they are refusing to answer my emails.
SWREG, who originally took my money had suggested that I advise EPP why I was seeking my refund. Now SWREG are ignoring my emails?
Update: 02/29/2012
Since my complaint was posted yesterday, 02/29/2012 I have since heard from SWREG. They are now processing my refund, allowing 5-7 days for completion.
Whether it is coincidental, I wouldn't know, hopefully I'll be refunded, not before time.
