I ordered a north face denali jacket for myhusband for christmas. When I received it, it was made of poor quality and too small, we ordered an extra large and it fit like a medium. I followed their return instructions to a "t" and I can't even get them to responded to me. I've tried calling and sending several emails with no response. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They are thieves! It's been alomst three months and still no response.
