I replied to an advert on Facebook for trial samples of two products Perfect Radiance and Revitaderm for which I paid £5.95 and £5.97. Yes I 'ticked' that I accepted the terms and conditions but do we ever read them? I was doing this whilst waiting for the dinner to cook, the washing to spin etc The terms said that if I did not cancel the agreement (what agreement????) they were entitled to claim the full cost of the product, so they withdrew 3 amounts of £19.97 £60.02 and £74.95 (who can afford that sort of money for face cream????) Of course I contacted my bank who frustratingly were aware of the company and the terms and conditions and only offered contact numbers. Therefore whilst I am furious at the underhand tactics of the company the fact my bank of 32 years failed me hurts more.... I work so hard and yes I was naive, but if you could get my money back I will give it to charity x
