I have been dealing with a chinees company for 5 years, and suddenly they are on Skype, and when I come on Skype they go off. I have sent e-mails, phoned them, I have always paid first for all goods supplyed, and my worry is how do I get them to return my tooling for my product. The name of the company is Q-tick Limited Enterprise Co Ltd and the contact name is Mr Sean Lu, can you please help me.
