I logged onto their site and it said I to sign up before I could bid but nothing about a $99.00 charge. After I signed up it said that my credit card had been charged for $99.00 for a number of bids to use on their site Later on when I tried to log back in I couldn't log in. Then I saw all the complaints about being scammed by BidRack . Now I want my $99.00 back!

  • Same here. The registration page is extremely busy and very deceptive. I thought I was registering for a FREE signon. I thought I was entering my credit card number for LATER purchases. They charged me $99 for some "bid package". I called them immediately and the girl on the phone would only repeat that they have a strict no-refund policy. I insisted to talk with someone else. She said there was no one else I could talk to and that she was the highest person there. Total BS!!! She eventually hung up on me after my repeated requests to speak to someone else. I called my credit card company and they said I have to wait until the charge posts to my account and then I can begin the dispute process. I went back to create another bogus signon to see if I got a different registration screen and I did! It was a little more clear. However, the one that I initially navigated to somehow or another was designed to be confusing. Of course I can't get back to it now. I also did NOT get any e-mail with a confirmation, acknowledgement, or receipt. Businesses that function like this are NO GOOD!!!! Stay away from them!

I'm fighting this to the end, with my credit card company, BBB, Pennsylvania's Bureau of Consumer Protection, the Delaware Attorney General's office, etc.

The address I found for the company is:
BidRack Inc., 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Wilmington, DE

  • I WROTE YOUR REPORT NITTANY--SHE SAID EXACTLY THE SAME THINGS TO ME--WHAT I COULD UNDERSTAND THAT IS, EXCEPT SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS SURE I WOULD GET MY REFUND BUT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 72 HOURS. HUNG UP ON ME TOO. THEY EMAILED ME ABOUT 12 HOURS LATER AND OFFERED ME 100 FREE BIDS AND THEY ARE SO SORRY I "MISUNDERSTOOD" BUT NO REFUND. LIKE YOU I AM NOT STOPPING--THIS COST ME MY MEDICINE FOR THE MONTH. WISH I COULD TELL EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY OLD PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO ARE SO HESITANT TO DO ANYTHING ON LINE JUST FOR FEAR OF THIS.
