This one of those companies that send you emails about being a secret shopper where to go what to do for extra cash. Well it did not work so I cancelled back in November it's February and their still charging my account. I called back in February 24 to tell them that I already cancelled and why are they charging my account they said I never cancelled, i did not have my conformation number so i could not fight it. So once again I did the cancellation process and this time I kept the comformation number. I just checked my account and they charged me again for $9.97. I called again and they said my account is closed and their not the ones doing the charging when he checked and stated that I had agreeded to have the discounted rate of $9.97 I told him I did not and to cancell everything. I had to call my bank and report them my back gave me a refund for that transaction since I did have a conformation number and flagged the company for any future charges.
