Emil Ackerman and John Pyke Nott run a finance company by the name of NCF Financial Services/ New Capital Finance. We took a loan from them and they put us into default just so that they could charge higher interest rates. It has also come to our attention that they lost millions of dollars of investors monies and have not paid them back!
