Checking our bank account we found a charge for $10.00. Neither my husband or I own a bike. We had to cancel my husband's debit card and file a disputed charge. The bank gave us a phone number of 805-814-0419 and after calling it I spoke with an individual who supposedly had no idea what I was talking about. When I called the 323-284-5119 I got an individual who stated that our order has not shipped, but they would cancel our order. We still submitted a dispute with our bank to make sure it was covered.
