I placed an order for a laptop that I selected through google's site from a store called babeltechstore.com. I kept checking through google wallet the status of my order and it showed that it had not been shipped. I googled the site babeltechstore.com and it was shown as being a scam. I contacted Google Wallet to cancel the order before they took my money but they said to wait five days while they contacted the seller. They took my money, the laptop has still not been sent. I cannot get in touch with babeltechstore.com and I am mad. The babeltechstore site does not even show that I placed an order. No one from google or babeltech will contact me but they sure took my money. I felt that I was safe using the google site and google checkout and google wallet. Now I don't know what to do.

Babel Tech Store Web site is no longer on the Net! Google Wallet refunded my money! Good luck everybody!

- I had the exact same experience as VTORIA did, on almost the same dates. I just can't believe that Google was a part of this scam, but obviously (since I did my purchase through Google and not the fake web company) they are. And the fact that No ONE from Google has responded to any of us that got scammed is even more disheartening. Bye bye Google, you've lost a valuable customer (I won't be using your email or browser or any products from now on). -JeffScott101

- I kept emailing Google Wallet and they did return my money so I am satisfied with them now! Babel Tech is off line! Good luck and if it reads to good to be true, it probably is! I have learned my lesson not to trust unknown sites. I went to Walmart and got an Acer Aspire 15.6" laptop for only $398!
