Recieved a call today from Public Yellow Pages stating that we owed $599.99 plus interest on an ad that was placed with them back in October. Same as previous complaints, they had played back a recording of me confirming our business address and information. We have never done business with this company prior. No mention of a contract in the recording. I and anyone else would be led to believe this was for the Yellow Pages book just confirming a listing. After I spoke to "Joanne" over at Public Yellow Pages, I decided to do a little research, when I search our company on their website, the previous company that was located in our building is listed, our company does not even come up on their site at all.
