ON JAN. 26TH I ORDERED A SWEATSHIRT FROM BIGMEN.COM TOTALING WITH SHIPPING WAS 70.90. THEY TOOK THE MONEY THE NEXT DAY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF NOT HEARING FROM THEM AT ALL OR GETTING MY ORDER, I SENT THEM AN EMAIL INQUIRING ABOUT MY SWEATSHIRT. THEY REPLIED BACK STATING THAT I NEEDED TO WAIT 4 TO 10 DAYS FOR MY ITEM AND THAT THEY WOULD SEND A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN IT WAS SHIPPED. WELL, AT THAT POINT IT HAD ALREADY BEEN 14 DAYS!! THEY NEVER SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER. SO 9 EMIALS LATER AND ONE PHONE CALL AFTER ANOTHER, AND LISTENING TO EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE OF WHY I HAVENT RECIEVED MY SWEATSHIRT OR AS TO WHY I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK, I RELIZED THAT I HAD BEEN SCAMMED. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
