I ordered a pair of Classic Short Boots Chestnut Sizes: US/AU 6 | UK 4.5 | EURO 37 on the 31st January 2012. I received a payment receipt from reallypay then did not receive a dispatched note. I then emailed to say that i hadn't received a dispatch note, and that i hadn't been charged. As at the time i had been charged a fee for the Chinese currency. So i rang my bank and they confirmed it was from bootsfan.co.uk even though on their website they said specifically no extra fees.
I didn't receive my package within 10-14 working days. So i emailed again on the 21st February saying i had not received my boots and wanted a full refund or i was taking legal action. I got a dispatch number and said to look up on a tnt website in 2 - 3 working days. This is now 7 days later and the tnt has no record of that package. Have i lost all my money or is there something i can do?
