I ordered a marine GPS, sent them the payment, then they said shipping was extra, so I sent shipping fee. Then I bought 2 more GPSs including shipping. Then they said my products were seized at customs, and that I needed to pay a 40% chinese tarriff fee to release them, or buy more products, totaling over $500. dollars. I sent them (via Western Union) the additional $104.- Now they said that their promotional discounts are ended, and that because of China celebrations, I have to wait 30 days before my product ships or I need to pay another $100.00 to have it ship now.
I said that I decided to ask for a full refund per their 100% satisfaction or your money back policy. They now do not respond to my e-mails or online chats.
