I ordered Roto Punch which on TV said it was $10 with free shipping, but got charged $10 plus $15 for shipping. To get the free shipping I found that I would have to sign up for more services at on going charges. This is false advertising. I found that I could not back out and cancel the order since the extra charge is posted after the order has already been processed.
