I entered information for "Free signup" so that I could check out the site. I entered credit card info thinking it was for identity verification. I later found a $99 charge on my statement. I tried to get it refunded, but they refused to return my money. I called Wells Fargo to dispute the charge and was told by them that I would have to request the refund from BidRack because they couldn't bring up BidRack's payment policy (BIG Surprise). So, at this point, I am out $99.00 and have nothing to show for it.
