On Wed 4pm I and several friends received prizes after participating in the show "Name That Tune" at the Imperial Palace Casino, Las Vegas, part of Harrah's Entertainment. The prize was BOGUS. We individually spent money/time going to Excalibur to use our prize, free show tickets to Australian BG's. They were not accepted. I called IP box office Th night 2/23/12 at 8:30 pm to complain. No one answered the 1st 2 calls after over 20 rings. After 12+ rings, the woman REFUSED to give me her name or her boss, and SLAMMED down the phone in my ear. I called the IP Night Manager. She said she had nothing to do with the box office. Fri am 2/24/12 I spent 3 1/2 hrs trying to get IP/Harrah's executive office to complain. The operators REFUSED to transfer me to the correct office; giving me bum/bogus voice mails. They also REFUSED to give me their boss for help. Finally at 3pm I got an asst in the exec office. He had the gall to demand that I send an email. I pay for minutes on my computer. Too expensive considering how much time I had already spent trying to complain. Hours of arguing later, NOTHING was accomplished.
