I registered a very short while ago and discovered that I was billed for $99.00 for a bid pack. I had no idea of this. I thought I was just registering so that I could go in and find out how it works. I thought that with my registration I could bid and if I won then it would be charged to my credit card. I had no idea one has to buy this bid package at the start. You also claim a bid package could be purchased, nothing about an automatic purchase. I called customer service immediately and he said he would put through a refund notice. They returned notice of my not getting a refund.
I called my bank to register my complaint. I want a refund, I already deleted my card from the account. So as it is I am out $99.00, no one resolved this. SCAM!!
