I ordered a one time car report via VIN number from this company. They advertise that if they cannot provide the information you will not be charged, however that is after you have given credit card information for the report requested. I was charged $2.95 plus $29.95 on 12/23/11 for the report they could not provide. One month later on my current credit card bill I have been charged an additional $29.95 on 1/23/12. I have reported this scam to my credit card company.
