I received a phone call saying that my name and address had been chosen from Publishers Clearinghouse, which was left on my answering machine. The person said my name had been chosen from the Publishers Clearinghouse Sweepstakes and that I won 1.5 million dollars and a White Mercedes Benz. His name was David Williams and I was to call 814-380-5882 as soon as I received this message. I searched the number on Google because I was skeptical. I thought it was a scam and sure enough this website came up with similar stories.
