Noticed three charges of $9.99 to my cell phone bill for a "Swizzle" service. I got the company name MyMobile Care through a web search. I called them to inquiry what the charges were for. They claim an email was sent to my phone, and then I entered an activation code through a web page. I NEVER did this - of this I am CERTAIN! They claimed they could give me the IP address of the computer and URL where I entered the code, and have never received it. These people are a scam! You talk to them on the phone and you can tell they are trained to lie like a rug!! I looked them up on the BBB and they have dozens of complaints against them with an solid "F" rating! People - do everything in your power to stop scam artists and theives like this! Shut them down!!
Update: 02/26/2012
I called my mobile phone provider (ATT) and they claimed they could not refund any charges older than 60 days. I feel they are partially responsible for doing business a company that has such a reputation, and plan to press my case with them.
