This site poses as a US government site for various services including renewal of a Green Card. It is scarily realistic. It got several high-ranking hits in the Yahoo search engine; a couple of people suggested that they pay Google, Yahoo, etc for this. In addition to having dubious credibility, this is a really good phishing opportunity because of the information you EXPECT to enter. I don't yet know whether they have sold various pieces of this.

- I really wish I found this Scambook website before I scammed... Yes, I also thought $149.00 was official immigration fee for renewal. I foung it few weeks later, it was not really official fee...unnecessary costs... "Immigration Diredt", "American Immigration Center", "US Immigration".....are all pretending part of USCIS... like you wrote, their website is 'scarily realistic'...so how we can tell it is not offical web. I used search engines to find GD renewal official site... these scam site are all top lines, and official site is very bottom or not came up. What is it? I want these scam business website are taking off! and want $149 back!!! (Did you get your $149 back? if did, how?)

- I disputed my charge with my credit card company. They said they would take care of it. Have you contacted your bank or credit card company?

- so, did any of you get your money back? i called chase to dispute, and still waiting for result? (did your dispute work ?) they charged me $189 for N400, and the lady (from the scam website) on the phone told me i won't be able to get a refund even if i want to try to call card company to dispute, so i bet they dealt with alot of this issues.
