When adding a cell phone to our 3,000 minute plan, T-mobile without authorization or notification, suddenly canceled our 3,000 minute plan substituting a much smaller plan and then tried to bill us for overage minutes for three months before we could get the original 3,000 minute plan reinstated as per our contract. They refused to rescind the overage charges and it has been in collection ever since. They refuse to answer letters, faxes and Emails requesting they fix the problem that they caused. Now after more than 7 years, they are still trying to collect this illegal charge which is now illegal as it is past the statute of limitations for debt collection.
