Everything happened as others have described. BUT as I was very angry I called everyone that possible could help. And I wrote to Disney to make them aware that their name has been used for taken money from people. So here is what you should to to take your money back; call customers service at 1-866-280-3120 (they will transfer you here and there and you will have to listen to stupid advertising- don´t hang up- call again if needed)tell them you want to cancel within 30 days and that is your right according to Florida law. They will ask you if half the sum will do- say no- and you will have your money back!
