Made a phone call from Puerto Vallarta to Vancouver Canada using my credit card at a pay phone that said $3.00 a minute. Talked for ten minutes ( $30.00 right? ) not a chance when I got home the credit card co. called and said there is a charge from BBG Luxembourg and that they wanted to confirm the charge of $112.74. Nice.....
