On 12-18-2011, I purchased tickets from ticketmaster (supposedly) and the evening of the concert we found ourselves in the rafters after I was told we had $91 seats which were supposedly the best seats available. The seats were $40 and we could barely see the Choir. I called Song ticketing and was told to leave a message. Of course there was no return call, so herfe I am with the other victims. I hope there is a class action suit. I would join.
