in Feb 2011 i was notified that i qualified for a loan mod. in the beginning i spoke with a very nice gentlemen that assured me that the company and offer was legit. i finally aggreed to "sign up" as a member through Apex Members and William D Goodrich Attorney at Law. i aggreed to pay initial processing fee $490. and monthly payments of $250. in exchange for these fees i was promised that a TEAM of members and associates attorneys would negociate with my mortagage company in behalf for a lesser monthly paymnet and int. rate. i have been dealing with this mess for over a year now and no speaks english, they dont return calls, and i recently found out through my lender that they JUST NOW ( last week) turned in the mountain of paperwork i was asked to fax into to them over and over again. i still have no promise or commitment of a lower payment or int. rate and im out over 3,000. i plan to contact a REAL lawyer and take this case all the way!! i will stop at nothing to make sure these crooks are punished for this!! my next step is all the local news stations and maybe even Judge Judy!!! wish me luck.
