Do not know what app this is and I am being charged now 9.99 a month. The content provider is Silicon Investments but none of my apps are made by this company.

- Be persistent with your mobile company. Don't let up. They all clearly know by now that these Silicon Investment charges are fraudulent, but some conniving mobile companies are reluctant to give up their cut of this ill-gotten revenue. Communicate clearly and steadfastly to your mobile company that they need to both provide you with a refund of the bogus charges now and block/blacklist Silicon Investments (aka Scam Investments) from charging your account in the future. A reputable company would provide their customers with such service without hesitation.
