I ordered Instahang from a television advertisement at what was to be $14.95 plus $7.95 ($22.90). Your Credit Card number is immediately taken, and no total is provided to you at end of order (by machine); nor are there choices to accept or deny product based on a cost of $40.89 rather than $22.90. I was charged $40.89 total: $24.99 for kit, and S&H charges at $15.90. The box was 9" length and 6" width and 2 1/2" height. I called telling them I'm returning item as I was deceived, they said I would still be charged $24 for handling HUH? Essentially I paid $16.65 to return Priority and Cert. Mail, and if they charge me $24 for returning product I would end up paying $40.65--the cost of the product!!!
