I was hoping to buy a replica Rolex for my wife and I for our 35th wedding anniversary. We chose the watches, first from CBA Watches. When they arrived from China, they were clearly not the watches we ordered. I wrote to the company asking for a Return Authorization and exchange for the correct items. The response was that what they sent were "nice" watches and we should keep them. They offered a 10% discount to do so.

I still wanterd the watches and when it was clear that CBA would not take them back, we tried another site that appeared legitimate and reordered the same watches. When those arrived on the 21st of February, they were the same bogus watches in the same packaging we received 2 weeks earlier. I wroter asking for an RA and exchange and got the same story about 10% discounts to keep the bogus watches. "Strike 2".

Now I'm hunting for a legitimate site by scouring YouTube for success stories and customer reviews. I know that there are honest businessmen over there. Finding one is the real trick.

LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

  • So I went onto the assistwatches websiteand looked around http://www.assistwatches.com/ . I noticed that there was a "live chat" feature and started up a conversation. I asked questions about the webpage being a scam and the response was pretty much the same each time; "Tust us". It took me a while to get the person on the other end to understand that I was asking pointed questions. Eventually, the person asked me to tell them "Which website" I was talking about. So, the chat is a third party that knows nothing about http://www.assistwatches.com/ . I then pointed out that the "Click to verify" button under the "Buysafe" logo was not a real certificate because it did not work, and the person disconnected the chat with me. http://www.assistwatches.com/ is a SCAM.
