I called customer service for my mobile company. They initially made some lame excuses before finally stating they would refund the current fraudulent charge and blacklist/block any future charges from these fraudulent ripoff artists going by the name of Silicon Investments.
Somebody needs to hunt down these scumbags.

- When trying to upload a jpg file showing the proof of damages an error message always shows up afterwards and the file fails to upload. Please fix the upload process. The file is a jpg and is smaller than 8mb.
